All Continental U.S. Orders are 14 days delivery from order acceptance.

All International Orders for oils require MSDS's documentation. Also a Commercial Invoice and Country of Origin documents will be needed. Email calico@PrairieLady.com for details.

All items are individually inspected and hand packed to ensure no damaged items leave our facilities.

Since we cannot guarantee the purity of our items once they leave our facility we are unable to accept returns.

All prices are subject to change without notice. If a price increases we will contact you to re-affirm you still want to receive the order. If the price decreases then we'll just ship the item to you and only charge you the lower price.
